Product description
The WAV Trigger is an audio development platform that allows you to easily add music and sound effects to your project. Tracks can be controlled via 16 trigger inputs, or by using a native serial control protocol. Tracks are stored on a micro-SD card. Trigger inputs can be connected directly to switches and buttons, or to digital outputs from sensors or another microcontroller.
Tsunami Super WAV Trigger has all the same features as the WAV Trigger but with four stereo outputs (8 audio output channels), plus more voices, seamless looping and a dedicated MIDI input with integrated opto-isolator. Possibly the first embedded audio player capable of playing 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound with a single trigger input.
Based on a new generation ARM Cortex M7, the Tsunami extends polyphony to 32 mono or 18 stereo simultaneous uncompressed 44.1kHz, 16-bit tracks. Each track can start, pause, resume, loop and stop independently, and can have it’s own volume setting, allowing you to create the perfect interactive mix of music, dialog and sound effects.
Tsunami has a dedicated MIDI port and can act as a low-latency, velocity-sensitive, polyphonic sample player when used with a MIDI controller.
