Multiple mobile operators offer these services. The range is as good as 4G. SIM cards with enough data for 10 years are available starting from € 10,-

 

The products have a card slot for an NB-IoT/LTE-M SIM card. Contact your mobile operator about availability of SIM cards, coverage, frequencies used and login procedures. For example Deutsche Telekom IoT and 1NCE.
