Product description
The Dragino LDS40-LB is a LoRaWAN Distance Detection Sensor, designed for outdoor use. It measures the distance between the sensor and a flat object. The distance detection sensor is a module that uses LiDAR ToF (Time of Flight) sensing technology with LED for distance measurement of 0.1m to 40m. The measured values are uploaded wirelessly to the LoRaWAN IoT Server.
LDS40-LB supports BLE and LoRaWAN remote configure which makes it very easy to adapt the device. It also supports wireless OTA to update the firmware.
LDS40-LB is powered by 8500mAh Li-SOCI2 battery. It is designed for long term use up to 5 years.
Each LDS40 is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. If you register these OTAA keys to the local LoRaWAN server (e.g. TTN), then it will auto connect after power on.
